Move Forward Music 5-Year Anniversary CMJ Show Recap

To celebrate our 5th anniversary, Move Forward Music proudly partnered with Red Bull Sound Select and Plug Research to present a curated evening of incredible live music at Brooklyn carwash-turned-DIY venue FreeCandy.

The night extended to the wee morning hours, as up and coming artists from across the country all gave stellar performances making it a true night to remember, and our Move Forward family of artists, Tanya Morgan, YC the Cynic, Denitia & Sene, and Ratking, all repped on stage and made us proud. We also witnessed a star-in-the-making, in the form of a Puerto Rican girl from Harlem named Wavy Spice. It was an epically fun, and musically diverse event, befitting of the Move Forward Music brand that we’ve built over the past five years. Check out some of the pics below.
