Riff Raff is a semi-comical rapper from Houston, signed to Diplo’s label, Mad Decent. The character portrayed by James Franco in the movie Spring Breakers was based on him. Riff Raff has over time built a loyal following among young, internet surfing hip-hop fans that have developed into somewhat of a cult.
